Why Safety Discipline Belongs in Design — Not Only on Site

Safety is often treated as a site checklist. Better outcomes begin in design: logical site logistics, safe maintenance access, protected edges, and construction sequences that avoid crowded workfronts. Design out the foreseeable hazard
