Yes. We can review an existing brief, drawings or vendor packages and take over remaining design, documentation or supervision work with a clear handover plan.

Services & Scope
Which disciplines do you cover in-house?
Architectural and structural engineering, electrical systems, HVAC and mechanical utilities, utility piping, and project management with site supervision.
Do you prepare statutory and tender documentation?
Yes. Scope can include statutory submissions support, BOQs, estimates, tender packages, vendor evaluation inputs and bill certification workflows.
Can you handle only one discipline package?
Yes. Engagements can be full multi-discipline mandates or focused packages such as electrical, HVAC, structural or architectural documentation only.
Do you provide interior design services?
We support interiors where they form part of the building mandate — space planning, finishes coordination and MEP integration with the base building design.
Is construction contracting included?
We are a consultancy practice. We design, coordinate and supervise; construction is typically executed by the client’s contractors under our review.
Do you support plant and process industry projects?
Yes. Industrial and process facilities are a core sector — including plant buildings, utilities, material handling interfaces and related infrastructure.

How is a typical mandate organised?
Work is organised around clear discipline packages and deliverables — from concept and detailed design through documentation, coordination and site supervision.
How do you coordinate across disciplines?
We run coordinated reviews so architectural, structural and MEP packages remain aligned, reducing clashes before construction and during execution.
What do you need from the client to begin design?
A project brief, site information, functional requirements, applicable standards, budget envelope where available, and decision-maker contacts for approvals.
Do you offer site supervision?
Yes. Supervision and project management support can be included so design intent is followed on site and site queries are closed promptly.
How are revisions handled?
Scope changes are tracked against the agreed mandate. Material revisions are documented so programme, fees and deliverables stay transparent.
What tools and standards do you use?
We work with current industry drafting and coordination practices and apply relevant codes and client standards for each sector and location.
Commercial
How are fees structured?
Fees depend on sector, size, discipline mix and whether the mandate includes design only or design plus supervision. We propose a clear fee model after reviewing the brief.
Do you work on a lump-sum or percentage basis?
Both models are used. Smaller defined packages often suit lump-sum fees; larger multi-stage mandates may use staged or percentage arrangements.
When are invoices raised?
Billing follows agreed milestones — typically concept, detailed design, documentation and supervision stages — as set out in the engagement letter.
Can you support tender evaluation without full design?
Yes. We can provide independent review, BOQ checks or tender evaluation support as a standalone package where required.

Are residential and township projects covered?

Documentation
Do you help with authority approvals?
We prepare and support documentation required for statutory submissions. Final approvals remain with the competent authorities and the client’s appointed representatives.
Will drawings be issued for construction?
Yes. Construction-issue drawings and revised sets can be provided as part of the agreed documentation stage.
How do you manage as-built information?
Where supervision is included, site mark-ups and contractor inputs are consolidated into as-built documentation as agreed in the mandate.
Can existing drawings be updated to current standards?
Yes. We can audit legacy drawings, identify gaps and reissue coordinated packages suitable for tender or construction.
How is confidentiality handled?
Project information is treated as confidential and shared only with the client’s authorised team and consultants engaged for that mandate.
